This page contains information on the terms and conditions that apply to all of your purchases from d2dfurniture.com Please read through them carefully before placing your order.

1) You have the right to cancel any order made, other than orders made for bespoke furniture, before your furniture is dispatched from our warehouse.

2) If your order has already been dispatched or has been delivered, you also have a right to cancel your order if you inform us in writing within 7 days that these are your wishes and providing condition 3 is met. We will collect your furniture from you within a further 7 days from the date we receive these instructions. We will then act in accordance with conditions 4 and 5 below.

3) Mattresses and divan beds can only be returned if they are unopened. Mattresses and divan beds which have been opened and slept on cannot be returned. Partially assembled flat pack furniture cannot be returned.

4) If you are not satisfied with items that we deem to be in good condition as described on our website then we will issue a refund within 30 days of receiving the goods back. This will be for the full price you paid for the items minus the carriage costs we have incurred in transporting the goods. All items returned must be in a completely saleable condition and in their original packaging to be eligible for the refund.

5) If you purchase furniture from our website that is damaged or defective then we will issue a full refund within 30 days of receiving the goods back or arrange for a replacement to be made for the defective goods free of charge within the same time frame. We sometimes ask for simple photographic evidence to help us to validate that furniture is defective or damaged. After a refund is given or a replacement is made we will have no further liability to you.

6) All return items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Any inadequacy in the packaging that leads to damage in transit may result in an additional charge being applied.

7) We will match the price of any items purchased on our website that are found to be on sale on another website (excluding online auctions) at a lower price within 14 days if the items are exactly the same, they are both brand new, both prices include delivery, VAT and all other charges, and the other price is not a special sale or promotional price

8) We try to ensure that all information and details on our website are accurate. However, any typographical, clerical or other error or omission in any sales literature, quotation, price list, acceptance of offer, invoice or other documentation or information issued by d2dfurniture.com shall be subject to correction without any liability on the part of d2dfurniture.com

9) We accept no responsibility for any loss suffered which may arise from reliance on the information or materials contained in this website or other external websites which may be linked to this website from time to time. Any link between this website and any other website is not to be construed in anyway that d2dfurniture.com endorse the proprietor persons or organisations featured on or the content of such other website.

10) The copyright and all other rights in this website are owned by d2dfurniture.com Permission is granted for the downloading and temporary storage of one or more pages of this website for the sole purpose of viewing on a personal computer or monitor, but must not be used for any commercial purpose. The reproduction, re-transmission or permanent storage of the contents of this website are prohibited without the prior written consent of d2dfurniture.com

11) If you wish to create a link between this website and any other website you must obtain our prior written permission which we may withhold without giving reasons or make subject to any conditions we require at our absolute discretion.

12) These terms are governed by the laws of the UK courts, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of these courts.

13) Any variation to these terms (including any special terms and conditions agreed between the parties) is inapplicable unless agreed in writing by the parties.

14) Personal information will not be passed on to any third party for any reason unconnected with your purchase through d2dfurniture.com

None of these terms affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
