This mattress is a true orthopaedic mattress that has been designed to provide a firm sleeping platform that will help many back pain sufferers. There is a special two-level spring unit (hence the name duo posture) that works with the rigid low gauge steel frame of the mattress to provide the maximum tension across the surface of the mattress. This is still a comfortable super king size mattress though despite being very much on the firm side but be warned, if you don't need a special orthopaedic mattress for back care purposes then this mattress might not be the best mattress for you. There are other mattresses like the Slumbernight Imperial that would probably be a better choice. |
