What is your delivery charge?
Delivery is free anywhere in Northern Ireland or €15 to any address
in the Republic of Ireland, regardless of the order size . The delivery
cost of an order to the UK mainland is £29 or less depending on the order
size.
What areas do you deliver to?
We deliver anywhere in the UK and Ireland, but if you live North of PA20, IV4 or PH26 or have a KW, ZE, HS postcode there may be an additional delivery charge and you may have to wait slightly longer to receive your furniture. If you live anywhere else in the World, we can arrange for your order to be delivered to a UK port of your choice for onward delivery arranged by yourselves.
How long will it take for my furniture to arrive?
Each item on our website has an expected delivery wait time. We aim to deliver all items within the time stated. We will always contact you if your delivery is going to take longer than you were previously informed. We also undertake urgent deliveries and we are often able to deliver furniture far quicker than the times stated on our website.
When do you deliver?
We deliver every day Monday to Saturday. We always try to arrange a day and time that is suitable for you. For deliveries to the mainland UK and Republic of Ireland , the courier will contact you 1-2 days in advance to arrange an approximate delivery time with you . The courier may be able to offer evening and weekend deliveries. It is important that there will be someone at home at the time arranged with the courier as they will not be able to wait. If redelivery is required then there may be a charge for this and it may take up to 5 days to arrange a new delivery date.
Most deliveries in Northern Ireland are carried out by our own friendly delivery staff and we will do everything we can to organise your delivery around your busy life.
What if the delivery date does not suit me?
If you are given a delivery time that does not suit you then we will arrange a new time that is mutually acceptable and we will do everything we can to deliver your furniture to you without delay. Customers in Ireland can also collect from our Nutts Corner warehouse Monday-Saturday 10.00am-5.30pm
How does your collection service work?
You may request to collect your furniture from our warehouse. Once we have notified you that your furniture is ready for collection, you can collect from our Nutts Corner warehouse Monday-Saturday 10.00am-5.30pm.
