Mattress Review: The Spinal Quilted is an orthopaedic style mattress that meets a goal of providing firm support as well as high levels of comfort at the same time. This has been done by separating the mattress into two internal ‘layers’ that each have a very different role. The lower layer of the mattress is a reinforced steel spring unit that provides the firm support required from the mattress.
