The Excelsior is the only divan in our ranges where the mattress is 100% foam. This foam is layered but the most important layer is the 90mm of visco memory foam on top. Visco elastic memory foam is special foam used in mattresses because of its great pressure relieving qualities and also because it slowly responds to body temperature. The fact that the Excelsior is made completely from foam makes it super comfortable. However, if you suffer from allergies then you might prefer our superior pocket sprung divans that allow more air circulation and reduce the build-up of allergins.
